Shipping Within India

• Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• Every rug is made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
• Orders are typically delivered within 25–35 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on customization, order volume, and location.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

• International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
• Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.

If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (Airway Bill/Docket Number).
